- 12’s – please bring PAPER PLATES and NAPKINS
- 13’s – please bring CHIPS and DIPS
- 14’s (P & E) – please bring DESSERTS
- 15’s – please bring WATER
- 18’s – 1/2 please bring WATER, 1/2 please bring PLATES & NAPKINS
